COURSE DESCRIPTION
Do this course if you want to be an Health and Safety Practitioner, functioning as an advisor to employees and management about health and safety aspects in the workplace. Learn how to inspect the workplace, record and investigate incidents and accidents and look after the OHS needs of employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- No Matric required
- At least 16 years of age
- It is assumed that you are competent in basic reading, writing, numeric and computer literacy skills.
- The course is presented in English as language of delivery.
DURATION
8-10 Months, depending on your own pace of study. You are welcome to complete the course in a shorter time period. You have a maximum of 10 months to complete this course.
CERTIFICATION
MICT SETA will provide you with your Statement of Results, indicating the unit standard in which you have been found competent in this particular qualification. You will also receive a Statement of Results from Mogolo Academy Correspondence College. Your Certificate of Competence will be issued by MICT SETA.
