COURSE DESCRIPTION
he Shielded Metal Arc Welding course is designed to teach students about arc welding safety and the Shielded Metal Arc Welding process on pipe in the horizontal position (2G), vertical (5G) and 45 degree angle (6G) position, weld a root pass, a hot pass, fill passes and cap passes all using SMAW to meet the ASME welding code.u00a0
